On Thursday I completed another of my 101 goals, to get a facial. I decided to reward myself with the facial for having completed another of my goals- to run 5 miles.It was worth every penny because for an hour..
1. I was made to be still .... very rare
2.I enjoyed peace and tranquility
3. I was pampered and looked after
4. I felt indulged
5. I was the most relaxed I've been for a very long time.... I felt quite spaced out for a while afterwards.
When can I go again? :)
